Common questions

  • How much will freight cost to a NZ address?
    We provide free delivery to all major cities within New Zealand. A small charge of $5.00 applies to rural locations.
  • My purchase is for someone else. Do you gift wrap?
    Yes! Select the gift wrapping option when you get to the checkout and we will ensure your purchase is perfectly presented.

    Depending on the type and physical size of your purchase, it will be enclosed in either a stylish presentation box or wrapping paper, tissue paper and ribbon. Either way it will look gorgeous.

    If you require that extra special touch, we also provide handwritten gift cards. This option is also available at checkout.
  • Can I add a personalised card to my purchase?
    Yes. If you are sending a gift we can add a handwritten card for you.

    Select the option to add a gift card when you check out. Tell us what you want to say in the text box. We will write your note in a lovely (but generic) card, attach it to your gift and send it straight to the recipient.
  • How will my purchase be packaged?
    Every purchase is packaged with care and will arrive in plain packaging. This allows items to be delivered without everyone knowing the contents - whether it be an expensive item you don't want the world to know about or a gift you want kept hidden a while longer.
  • How will my package be delivered?
    It is important to us that our products are delivered direct to the intended recipient. Also that orders arrive within a reasonable time frame and in perfect condition.

    For this reason all deliveries are sent by courier to a physical address (No PO Boxes). All packages are tracked and will only be released when a signature has been obtained from someone at the delivery address provided.
  • Can I have an item delivered to someone else as a gift?
    Yes. Just be sure to enter their name and physical address in the delivery details section of the checkout process.
  • How long will it take to get my product?
    Normal delivery is between 3-5 working days from the date your payment is received. Please be aware that payment may not occur on the date of purchase if you make a bank transfer.

    We endeavour to have all our products in stock, but on the odd occasion that we may have sold out we will notify you as soon as possible.
  • I’m having trouble connecting my new product. Where can I go for help?

  • What should I do if there is something wrong with my product?
    We love the items we sell and hope you do too. However, if you think you have a faulty product, please contact us immediately via email at sales@myvice.co.nz.
  • Can I purchase two items which need to be delivered to different addresses in the same order?
    You sure can. If you wish to send items to more than one location, let us know the additional address, a contact name and which item/s should be sent. Enter this and any other relevant information in the delivery instructions text box under 'Your order details'.
  • Can I buy in bulk?
    Certainly. Many of our products are only available from My Vice, please contact us directly for quantities and bulk pricing.
